Jo believes every woman deserves to feel balanced, supported, and empowered—especially during life’s transitions. Specializing in reflexology for perimenopause, her mission is to provide a safe space where you can find relief, relaxation, and renewed energy. Her own journey through perimenopause inspired her to create this sanctuary for women. Like many, she experienced the ups and downs—sleepless nights, mood swings, and a sense of uncertainty about her changing body. It was during this time that she discovered the gentle power of reflexology. Each session brought her a sense of calm and balance she hadn’t felt in years. The relief was so profound that she decided to specialise in this area as a reflexologist, determined to help other women navigate this chapter with greater ease and confidence.

As a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist, Jo combines  personal experience with advanced professional training to offer compassionate, holistic care. Her approach is rooted in both empathy and expertise, ensuring you receive the highest standard of support tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you’re seeking relief from symptoms, a moment of peace, or simply someone who understands, Jo is here to support you every step of the way.

Discover the power of touch, the comfort of community, and the beauty of transformation.

    About Complementary Therapies

Many people find great comfort and relief from symptoms such as lower back pain through using complementary therapies, and now more than ever, it’s vital to look after our health and wellbeing.

Complementary therapies like massage and myofascial release are used alongside your usual medical care.

For many people, they are a chance to be fully heard and understood. Unlike a doctor, who only has a few minutes to listen, a complementary therapist here at our wellness centre will take time to fully explore your health and wellbeing, looking at your wider life as well as your presenting issue.

For issues such as back pain, this might involve a thorough assessment of your posture, working conditions and exploration of what has lead to your condition.

For chronic health conditions, complementary therapists look at people holistically, understanding that mind and body are connected. For some people, this may also incorporate a spiritual element, depending on your beliefs.

Get in touch if you’d like to talk about how complementary therapies could help you.
